Nam Bo (Southern Vietnamese) Women’s Museum

202 Vo Thi Sau Street District 3 Ho Chi Minh City Ph: +84 8 829 8065 This museum is located in a house originally belonging to the Chief of Police under the former Saigon government. In 1984 it was turned into the Traditional House of Nam Bo Women and with an additional 4-storey building, opened a year later as the Nam Bo Women’s Museum. The display area is divided into 10 rooms showing the part women played in national construction and defense. There is also an auditorium, movie theatre, library and shop within the complex and is used for educational and cultural activities, meetings and seminars for women.
